@Link Alumni Email Service: Application Procedures

If you have forgotten your Alumni ID or MyCUHK password, please click here for the steps to retrieve your Alumni ID or reset your OnePass password.

1. Log in to MyCUHK (https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk/)
2. Select “MyPage”
3. Click “Opt-in for @Link Alumni Email”
4. Read the terms and conditions for the use of @Link email and press “Next”
5. Enter an alias for the email and your MyCUHK password
6. Application done

Your application is complete. Alumni may log in to the email 1 working day after a successful application at https://www.cuhk.edu.hk/o365.

Login Password: MyCUHK password
