【Issue126】Bonnie Lee

Bonnie Lee (22/WYS/Journalism and Communication) has always been thinking about how she can create positive change in society. During her time at university, she travelled independently to 12 countries as a volunteer. With her service work ranging from remote mountain villages to international organisations, she gradually discovered her sense of purpose in journalism and communications. She has worked for the United Nations and Paris Olympic Games, and has also been selected as one of the International Olympic Committee’s 25 Young Leaders worldwide, leveraging the power of media and sport to drive social change across borders.

Bonnie credits CUHK’s general education for exposing her to knowledge beyond her field of study and broadening her horizons. She believes that staying curious and embracing new experiences are the keys to lifelong growth and to creating new possibilities for the world.
