Rachel Leung (20/SH/MBChB) has always been driven by a desire to help others. From volunteering in an HIV-affected village in Anhui during secondary school, to working on public health initiatives in Cambodia while studying at CUHK, and later co-founding the social enterprise Pink Dolphin to teach ethnic minority women how to swim, she has continually explored innovative ways to create sustainable social impact. She believes that meaningful change begins with understanding the real needs of those she hopes to help.
Committed to serving the community, Rachel has transformed her professional expertise into meaningful support for those in need. She recently joined Orbis on a mission to Rwanda, where she trained local eye-care professionals, hoping to leverage her expertise to make a greater impact and benefit more people.
